What we’re about
Hello and welcome!
We are a group of friendly South Sounders, who are looking to expand our circle of friends. We like to going to new places and exploring.
If you are new in town and would like to meet some new folks, or just looking to get out more than you have in the past, are you looking to try a new activity? Then this group is for you!
Life is often filled with too much work and not enough play, let's get out and adventure together. Even in the rain our group likes to get out and adventure. Thi is a group for everyone who likes to get outside and play; whether it’s hiking, snowshoeing, biking, or kayaking. Have I listed an activity you are interested in? If I left one out- help me to get out and explore with you!
This club is a collaborative, volunteer driven project, and we welcome new organizers, once we’ve gotten to know you. The organizers are not hike leaders. We gather the information, share it with you all, and enjoy the adventure with you.
Our sister organization is The Olympia Area Socializing, Activities and Friends Group and we invite you to check us out at http://4142298.xyz/Olympia-Friends-Meetup/. This group is oriented more along the lines of inviting friends to do fun things like bowling and movies rather than a dating site. If you’ve thought to yourself “I’d love to see that new movie but don’t want to go alone”, this is a good place to post the event and see who else is just dying to see that very movie.
