What we’re about
This group is for those interested in the practices of Tai Chi (Taiji) and Qi Gong.
Group practice will offer a mix of exercises to open the body, release tension, and cultivate Qi, or energy. We will also have partner exercises, and push hands drills.
Let's come together to learn and practice these powerful mind-body exercises in the historic surroundings of New Castle’s Battery Park.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, all are welcome to join us in cultivating balance, strength, and peace of mind through these centuries-old techniques.
