GENTLE YOGA - REGULAR CLASSES
Gentle Yoga is my original blend of Hatha Yoga with Restorative poses, Yin and meditation is what you need to regenerate and restore your nervous system and recharge after a busy day.
The practice is slow, focused on the gentle flow of movement, joint alignment, and spine health. It also helps to: reduce stress, maintain better focus and improve sleep.
Moreover during or after the practice you can cuddle with my 2 resident cats - who love to meet new friends.
The class takes place in LOFT in Mile End. Registration obligatory as it's a boutique studio with capacity of 7 students only!
Level: open - beginners friendly.
Duration: 60 min
Place: Loft studio in Mile End, 5302 Boul. St. Laurent, Montreal
Days: every Tuesday 7 pm.
