Monday Brunch at Mother's Pancake House - Aurora

A friend recently had lunch there and said is was just fantastic! This restaurant is newly remodeled but the same wonderful and attentive waitstaff are still there. Let's all gather to have a good breakfast/lunch and start the week off right.
