Year End BBQ

2024 is going to end. How about meeting all hiking buddies over a BBQ ?

About BBQ:

• It will be a Pakistani style all you can eat type BBQ. We will be using both skewers and net for grilling.
• I will prepare and marinate all the meat beforehand.
• On the day of the event I will explain how to grill / cook each of the items.
• Please grill or fry things you like by yourself.
• Please support in setting up and cleaning the venue and other things on the day of the event.

Menu:

• Lamb green tikka (lamb marinated in green herbs and lemon ) (mild hot)
• Lamb Namkeen Tikka (lamb meat + salt)
• Chicken Malai Boti ( chicken marinated in fresh cream and green herbs) (mild hot )
• Chicken Tandoori (hot)
• Seekh Kebab (minced lamb mixed with green herbs and spices ) (hot)
• Kobideh Kebab (minced lamb mixed with Turmric, safforon ..)
• Chapli Kebab ( minced beef mixed with spices, pomegranate seeds, served with yogurt and lemon) (medium hot) (Deep fired) (rare to find in restaurants)
• Naan
• Soft drinks ( Mango juice, Pink guava juice, Pomegranate nectar, + Orange juice, Lassi etc… )
• Chai accompanied with cake rusk

Schedule:
09:30 arrive at the park
10:00 - 11:00: Venue setup, lighting up charcoal. Explanation.
11:00-15:00 grilling, frying, eating, drinking
15:00-16:00 Chai time
16:00-16:30 clean up
16:30 お疲れ様です

Participation fee :

• 3500/- Yen (due to inflation its 500 more than last year)

1500 yen for kids (below 10 years).

• This covers all ingredients cost and rental of BBQ equipment, chairs, tables…
• I am not charging any organizing fee for this event
• Spot confirmation is based on First Pay First Served

About Payment

• Advance payment is required by November 3
• Participation fee is non-refundable after November 3.
• PayPay or Bank transfer

Note:

• It's an outdoor event with open fire. Please participate, grill and cook at your own responsibility.
• Will cancel the event in case of bad weather and refund participation fee.
