If you would like to step into the garden and lose yourself in the dance – here is an invitation to attend the ECSTATIC CACAO DANCE on Saturday 16th November 2024.

There is a complimentary threshold dose of raw cacao provided to open up the heart and sensitise the body-connection with nature. Music is via wireless headsets – and the music and dance journey is in the “ecstatic dance” genre. Light facilitation to begin with and then an opportunity to dance off into your own journey – you are also free to dance with others by affinity.

en~TRANCE offers you an ECSTATIC CACAO DANCE in a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely and explore yourself deeply.

Beautiful earthy music, a safe and secure garden, a healing fire, and a gentle dose of ceremonial cacao (optional) – all contribute to an ecstatic dance experience that allows healing and transformation to happen through movement.

AND, it’s lots of fun and a great way to meet like-minded people.
With wireless headsets (provided) you can let go, and get out of your head and into your body.

Each session has…

1. Welcome and alignment
2. Cacao Circle – Opening the Heart and Intention (taking cacao is OPTIONAL)
3. Guided Ecstatic Dance and Movement

Starting with a gentle warm-up, we then connect to our own freestyle dance gently guided by the facilitator through an exciting structured sound-wave of music – ending off with a movement wind-down.

What is Ecstatic Dance
MUSIC – DANCE – COMMUNITY

Ecstatic dance is a free form of dance where you are invited to surrender to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes you, leading you to states such as meditation, ecstasy, trance, ease, harmony, and connection. Lightly facilitated to start with and then you are free to fly.
