"Just Sit" Meditation Group Meeting 🪑 6:30pm - 8:30pm
• We start each evening with about three quarters of an hour discussion. This week's questions are; who am I and how do I know who I am?
• Then we do two twenty minutes meditation with instructions and guidance given for beginners. Over the weeks we can investigate various different types of Meditation.
• We will end the evening with a "The Power of Now" card for each person. I recommend that you take a photograph 🤳 of the card so that you can meditate on it during the week if you so wish to.
