Medicine Buddha Empowerment - Sat Nov 23
Our mind has incredible power. It can create wondrous things and be guided by courage, kindness and wisdom. But our mind can also get gloomy, toxic, stuck, and we all know too well the impact that negative minds have on our body. When our mind is tight and in pain, our body often follows and feels tight and in pain.
The practice of Medicine Buddha offers beautiful meditations, visualizations and mantra recitation for healing our mind and body, and for moving us into a space where we can be of more benefit to others, and even tap into an incredible potential to heal others as well as ourselves.
In the morning session Gen Khedrub will grant the blessing empowerment of Medicine Buddha, and then during the afternoon offer two sessions with teachings and guided meditation. Everyone is welcome.
