How to Transform Your Mind - a meditation class series in December
Details
Our mind has limitless potential. But we can easily find ourself stuck in repetitive ways of thinking and behaving. Buddha taught many gentle methods to help us transform our mind and break free from old habits. Buddha also taught ways to stabilize more realistic, constructive and positive views, intentions and actions. It all starts with understanding and transforming our own mind.
Our Wednesday meditation classes take a practical look at Buddha’s wisdom teachings and how it can be applied to our modern life.
Each week will include:
- guided breathing meditation
- a short teaching on how to access more inner calm and kindness
- a concluding contemplative time
- Q&A time
December 3 - Dealing with difficult people
December 10 - A completely open mind
December 17 - Patience & Kindness
