Yoga and Meditation Classes
We meet weekly class on Wednesday and Sundays.
The Wesdnesday class is not open to men. Men can join the class on Sundays.
The next series of classes will focus on exploring Stress and Vitality.
It is said that stress is the expression of the lack of energy flow in the body which is necessary to meet the demands of our lives.
Every week in this series we will explore wellness and wellbeing, their meaning, and what hinders energy flow in the body, and how we can promote flow and with it vitality.
Through various and specific yoga Kriyas (yoga sets) we will balance hormones, strengthen the nervous sytem which will help reduce stress by producing physical and mental strength and endurance.
We will explore the lower chakras to strengthen and bring them into balance. We will examine and unblock the heart centre, the most powerful energy centre, aligning with the ever increasing raise in consciousness.
We will work to cleanse, strengthen and develop a radiant electro magnetic field (aura) which will help us relate effectively to events and situations.
All this will help us let go of our emotional existence in favour of a sensitive awareness of higher vibrational frequencies.
With a balanced lower-centre we have a powerful and sustainable foundation for elevation.
We will use yoga and meditation to understand the body/mind relationship when it comes to creating the life we want.
