An indoor session to explore and play with Tai Chi. Qigong exercises, (8 brocades/ animal frolic). Fundamentals of tai I chi and short T.C. forms including Tai chi for Health, tai chi for circulation, 8 movement, modified fan form, and a Minnesota version of Tai Chi. No judgements. Cultivate mind /body, transfer of weight, and breath exercises.
