Health and well-being can be influenced on many levels. Understanding and working with the chakras, the vibrational centers that precede the physical body, opens a powerful pathway, bringing us into balance and harmony with nature, the ultimate healing force.
Join Gaya for health-building sessions drawing on knowledge of the chakras.

In each session, you will take a deep dive into the vibrational frequencies of two or three chakras. Learn the signs of balance and the symptoms of distress associated with each sacred vibrational center. Then practice simple chant, meditation and elemental techniques to find wholeness in each domain. Dive deep into the resonance of well-being!

Sundays at 12:30-1:30pm

Session 1: Deeper Vibrations / Oct 20
In this session you will deepen your understanding of the root and sacral chakras. Practicing in the deeper pitches of your foundation for Earth connection and alignment with your tribe.

Session 2: The Inner Hearth / Nov 3
Here we will rise to the middle chakras of the navel and the heart. Learn to vibrate these centers in alignment with your dharma and heartfelt desires.

Session 3: Lifting to the Light / Dec 1
We will culminate our journey with the upper three chakras, the throat, the third eye and the crown, as you align with your unique vision, ability to speak our truth and the divine energies of the cosmos.
