Let’s Go Social Club Presents a New Series: Let’s Go on a Picnic in Central Park
After record turnout at our last event, we are launching a new series: Let’s Go On a Picnic. Join us October 5th for a picnic at one of Central Park’s most iconic locations - Heckscher Area. Mingle with community members, play casual games, take in the beauty of the city & leave with new friends. RSVP to hold your spot - these are going to go fast!

About Let's Go On A Picnic In Central Park:
We will soon be saying goodbye to summer and welcoming the warm & cozy season of fall. The air gets crisp, the trees change, and the city is renewed as a new season begins. There is no more iconic location than Central Park to view everything fall has to offer in the city. We want to bring the magic of this season & the city to our community of members.
We help you connect with over a thousand members all age 50+, provide the location in the park & make sure that all have a great time! Over 90% of our members arrive solo. This is an inviting group - seek out an organizer and we will make sure you feel welcome & make new friends!

Games provided will include: Corn Hole, Bocce Ball, Horseshoes, Frisbee & Football.
What to pack? It’s a picnic. Dress comfortably & bring a jacket in case it gets a bit chilly. Pack a lunch (or pick one up!) & bring a blanket or chair.
Getting There: Follow the path past Tavern on the Green and just to the North side of Sheep Meadow, towards Le Pain Quotidien and look for the green flag.

Notes:
1. While our group focuses on 50+ all ages are welcome.
2. Please feel free to come alone, over 90% of the people come solo, if you feel awkward or shy please seek out the organizers and we will be sure to make you feel welcome.
3. The registration fee covers: park permit, games, staff and overhead.
