Italian-born, 34 years old, Chef Mattia Stancieri has spent almost 20 years inside a kitchen. His very colorful and adventurous career has taken him from the best Michelin-starred restaurants in the world, like Geranium*** (2022 first in the world by 50 best) in Denmark, Da Vittorio*** in Italy, and Belcanto** in Portugal, to owning his own restaurant on an island in the Bahamas and cooking for celebrities like Kanye West amongst many others.

The restaurant offers a global culinary experience with dishes inspired by various world cuisines, all while highlighting local Portuguese ingredients. Guests can enjoy 5, 7, or 11-course tasting menus, each crafted with precision and creativity. The chic and intimate ambiance complements the culinary journey, making it an ideal spot for those seeking an exceptional dining experience.
