Start your day with the "Morning Practice" yoga class.
This class is designed to create a harmonious environment to connect with yourself and set a positive tone for the day ahead. During the session, we will flow through a series of asanas (postures) to connect with your body and promote a sense of ease and balance, incorporate pranayama (breathing techniques) to enhance focus and energy, and finish with a guided meditation to calm the mind. Suitable for all levels, this class is an ideal way to cultivate mindfulness, release tension, and embrace a sense of well-being as you step into the new day.
I'm Lara, and I completed my teacher training in March 2023 in India at the Shiva Rishi Yoga School in Varkala.
