Details
Join un in community for an hour practice and time to connect with others. I am a Certified Yoga Therapist with over 15 years teaching experience and I invite you to move and breathe - feel good in body-mind and soul. This practice is for everyone and every body - you do not have to be flexible already, just open minded and willing. It all starts now. We begin with an awareness of the present moment and gently move our bodies in slow and loving ways. This practice is about being kind to yourself so you can be kind to others along the way. It is Union. It is to UNITE.
Bring a mat, towel, and or blanket to use under your mat or to sit. I suggest any other of your own props if you have blocks and of course WATER!!!!
Please bring cash donations or Zelle will also be accepted. A food offering (gluten free and dairy free) is welcomed to sit in community after we move and breathe together.
