Through intentional movement, you’ll release tension, awaken your senses, and realign with your natural flow. This is your time to express, feel, and move freely in a way that feels right for you.
SETTLE – With Jess Pfeffer, you’ll transition into a nourishing practice of gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation designed to soothe your nervous system and cultivate deep rest. In this sacred space, you’ll be guided to soften, regulate, and integrate, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and more connected to yourself.
