Join me this Saturday for an hour of Mindful Movement Medicine—a gentle, restorative practice designed to help you reset your nervous system and find balance as we move into the busy weeks ahead.
✨ What to Expect:
This is a space to slow down, ground yourself, and restore your energy through mindful movement and breath awareness. Whether you’re feeling stretched thin, overstimulated, or just ready to center yourself, this session will leave you feeling calm, clear, and refreshed.
🌿 What to Bring:
- A mat, blanket, or towel
- Water
- Restroom facilities are unavailable, so please plan accordingly.
✨ Location: Swinton Community Garden, your local food forest, where we’ll connect with nature and ourselves.
This is a donation-based event, and a majority of the proceeds will support the garden and its mission to nourish the community.
