Trail Run at Burton Mesa Ecological Reserve

Join us for a run at the Burton Mesa Ecological Reserve! We'll begin with a group warm-up, running one mile at an easy pace of 12-14 minutes per mile until we reach the open field with a trail around its perimeter. From there, we'll split into smaller groups and run the perimeter for about an hour. Afterward, we'll cool down with a jog back to the parking lot.
This is a great opportunity to challenge yourself before the Park 2 Park race, so come prepared to cover up to 8 miles (or 4 miles if you plan to walk).
