Join us at the Lompoc Community Track and Field for our Thursday track workout! We’ll start with a 1-mile (4 laps) warm-up, followed by a structured workout (tempo runs, ladder drills, mile repeats, etc.), and finish with a 1-mile cool-down. Our goal is to cover a total of 5 miles. All levels are welcome—looking forward to seeing you on the track!
