LA Couples Collective

Join us for an exciting afternoon of art, culture, and delicious food! We’ll start with a self-guided tour of The Broad Museum and then enjoy a wonderful dinner at San Laurel. Here’s what to expect:

Agenda:

• 4:00 PM: Meet in front of The Broad’s gift shop/ticket lane entrance. Look for the group organizers, Alisha & Jack, who will have tickets for all attendees on their phone. (Tickets are free but required for entry.)

• 4:15 PM - 6:00 PM: Explore the exhibits at The Broad Museum. Enjoy the contemporary art collections on view.

• 6:00 PM: Depart from The Broad and walk a block over to The Conrad Los Angeles Hotel.

• 6:15 PM - 6:45 PM: Arrive at The Beaudry Room Bar for drinks or tapas. Relax and unwind as we wait for our dinner reservations.

• 6:45 PM: Head to our table for a delicious dinner at San Laurel. Each couple will pay for their own meals.

What to Bring:

• Just yourself and your partner! Everything else is taken care of, from tickets to the reservation.

Important Details:

• The Broad is free but requires a timed ticket for entry, which will be provided by the event organizers (Alisha & Jack).

• The Broad closes at 6:00 PM, so be sure to arrive on time to enjoy the exhibits before we head to dinner.

• Dinner at San Laurel will be à la carte; each couple will settle their own bill.

• This will be a small, intimate gathering of just 6 people (3 couples). The benefit of this size group is a more personalized experience, allowing for meaningful conversation and a relaxed pace, whether exploring art or enjoying dinner together.

Join us for a charming evening of French cuisine and a cozy cinematic experience under the stars! We’ll begin with a delicious dinner at Zinque, a charming French restaurant, followed by a romantic outdoor movie at Rooftop Cinema DTLA.

What to Expect:

• Dinner at Zinque:
  We’ll meet in front of Zinque at 4:30 pm, where our reservation is set. Dinner will be served from 4:30 pm to 6:30/7:00 pm. The menu features a variety of French dishes. Couples will pay for their meals directly at the restaurant.
• After Dinner:
  After dinner, we’ll take a short walk (just a couple of blocks) to Rooftop Cinema DTLA, located on the rooftop of the Level Hotel.
• Movie Experience:
  The movie of the night is You’ve Got Mail, part of the Fireside Films series.
• Small, Intimate Group:
  This is a small gathering of only 8 people (4 couples), which means a more relaxed, personalized experience—ideal for cozy conversations and getting to know one another better.

What You Need to Bring:

• Movie tickets (purchase in advance through their website—tickets range from $30-34)
• A jacket or small blanket (it’s outdoors, so dress warmly!)
• You and your partner!

• 7:45 pm: Movie starts (You’ve Got Mail)
• Throughout the movie: Enjoy complimentary coffee, cider, tea, or hot chocolate, cozy up in a loveseat with city views, and stay warm with a personal heater.

Seats are first-come, first-served, so we will aim to arrive early to sit close together. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase during the movie.
