I'm happy to announce the launch event for our series of regular weekly meditation sessions.

**Practice:**

* We warmly welcome newcomers to engage in *Anapanasati* meditation, guided by an audio recording, for a comprehensive introduction.
* Those familiar with *Vipassana* practice are encouraged to continue their practice during the session.

**Meditation Hall Rules:**

* Please maintain silence within the meditation hall to support everyone's practice.
* Please mute your phones for the duration of the session
* Arrive on time and stay for the entire session if possible.
* Keep the meditation area clean
* Consume food and drinks only in designated areas.

**Things to Bring:**

* Loose, comfortable clothing suitable for sitting meditation.
* Meditation cushion or bench.
* Meditation mat (a limited supply is available at the facility).
* A shawl or blanket to keep warm during the session.

**Donations:**

Our hosting facility operates entirely free of charge. While donations are not required, they are gratefully accepted from those who wish to support and sustain this place of practice.
