WALK: historic Colchester to Wivenhoe by River Colne

Join us for a fresh winter ❄️ walk to the most picturesque part of the world where we meander our way along the peaceful River Colne to the beautiful and desirable estuary town of Wivenhoe. Iron crafted art sculptures lead our way, through woods and historic streets.

Colchester has a fascinating and extensive history and is the oldest town in England. We will visit with guided info -

• beautiful St Botolphs Norman priory
• Colchester Castle

PHOTOGRAPHY CoNTEST

Meeting at the ticket office of Liverpool street station at 10.45am on Saturday 23rd November for the 11.18sm train to Colchester Town . ( third off group saver / Railcard )

We end at Wivenhoe and will visit a local water side pub for good and drinks. Trains return back to London once an hour.

Organizers fee: £8
