We all want to be happy but this may be difficult to achieve in the business of our daily life. What we need are simple practices that everyone can do to keep our mind peaceful and happy, even in challenging situations. In this series of meditation classes we focus on a well-loved text, called ‘Advice from Atisha’s Heart’, which is full of practical tips to develop and maintain a pure and happy mind.

In each class Gen Namkhyen will guide two meditations and explain a few verses from Advice from Atisha’s Heart, focusing on how we can use these verses to give meaning to our daily experiences and see them as opportunities for spiritual growth and personal development.

After the class there is free tea and coffee, and an opportunity to ask questions informally, meet other people, or simply relax sitting in the garden.
