In this series of meditation classes we focus on a well-loved text, called ‘Advice from Atisha’s Heart’, which is full of practical tips to develop and maintain a pure and happy mind.
In each class Gen Namkhyen will guide two meditations and explain a few verses from Advice from Atisha’s Heart, focusing on how we can use these verses to give meaning to our daily experiences and see them as opportunities for spiritual growth and personal development.
