Love, the Real Superpower

We all have an enormous potential to be loving and generous, and when cultivated, this love has the power to deeply transform our life making it truly joyful and rewarding. We will also develop the ability to affect the lives of others in a very positive and meaningful way. Yet too often instead of connecting with others we find ourselves feeling dull, disconnected, critical or downright angry. In this course, through teachings, meditation and discussion, we explore how to grow our love for others and bring it to fruition in our daily lives.
