Whether you are experienced in meditation or just getting started, come join us! The goal of this class is to integrate the modalities of science, psychology, and secular Buddhism.

Each session will include instruction in walking and sitting meditation with discussion and sharing. Newcomers welcome!

You do not have to RSVP to attend. This event brings together members of the Lion's Roar Dharma Center and the broader Sacramento community, including us Meetup people. It's nice if you do RSVP, but it's not required. You can totally just show up and it's fine.
