We experience the world through the filter of our minds.

Meditation is a term covering many different techniques for helping us to understand how the filter of the mind works and helps us use it better.

Most of us approach meditation for the first time to feel a bit better. It works. But then people stick around because there is so much more.

This meetup group exists to promote meditation classes in East Lothian. They tend to be presented in 8 week series and are generally free, or at low cost.

If you've never meditated before, or have been doing it for decades but want to find out more, you will be most welcome.
