There is a session break. The next class is Friday April 19th.
This group is for those enlightened East Side folks who want to participate an amazing Yoga class first thing in the morning. Kandy Whitehead is the instructor and has been teaching for decades.
The one hour classes start at 6am. The price is a whopping $5 per session at the Hollywood Rec Center (Hollywood/Charleston). Beginners are welcome! Advanced postures are optional during the classes.
We are a friendly group and would love to see you.
