Join us for this wonderful weekend with our teacher- an opportunity for all, those with an interest in learning about Buddhism, experienced practitioners and those maybe just curious! All are welcome!

Public Talk – “The Meaning of the Buddha's Right View, A Way to Happiness” with Q&A.
The very first step on the Noble Eightfold Path to Enlightenment taught by the Buddha is Right View – how can it help us to be happy? Ask Rinpoche questions! Teaching followed by Q&A.

Saturday 12th October 2024
Morning session 11am – 1pm – White Tara Teaching and Deity Practice
1-2pm – Lunch -Tea and coffee provided – please bring your own lunch or something to share.
Afternoon session 2pm – 5.30pm – Teaching and Meditation on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness
In the Satipatthana Sutta the Buddha taught the four foundations of mindfulness as the basis of all meditation practice. This sutra is the basis for the mindfulness practices of all Buddhist schools.
Sunday 13th October 2024
Morning session 11am -1pm – Teaching and Practice – Lama Chopa Tsok Offering and Achi Chokyi Drolma practice
1-2pm – Lunch -Tea and coffee provided – please bring your own lunch or something to share.
Afternoon session 2pm – 5.30pm – Teachings on the Meaning of Taking Refuge & “The Fivefold Path of Mahamudra Supplication Prayer”.
This teaching discusses methods for truly understanding the very nature of our own minds, leading us towards enlightenment, working on knowing the actual nature of our minds is a way of making our lives incredibly meaningful.
### Donations:
Donations towards the costs of Rinpoche’s visit, the venue and other costs are welcomed. We suggest £5 for the public talk and £15 each for Saturday and Sunday. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
