Join Anxiety and Depression Skills to learn how to manage your symptoms of anxiety and depression with yoga and cognitive behavioral techniques. The group is a safe non-judgmental place to share and learn new skills in a confidential setting. Sharing is encouraged but is never required. The group is led by an experienced facilitator with ten years of experience teaching yoga and cognitive behavioral techniques.
If you are interested in becoming a co-facilitator free training is provided. This opportunity is perfect for a student who would like to gain practical experience in teaching yoga and handling a mental health group.

Anxiety and Depression Skills is open to both men and women with or without a mental health diagnosis.
