#### Climb up the rocky wadi to reach a dramatic summit climb and incredible 360 degree view of the mountains and the Indian Ocean.

#### Wadi Seham hike is a gutbuster of a hill 1.5 hours through some scrambling but shaded rocks on a newly improved trail. Its still entirely uphill for the first 1.5 hours so be prepared to be breathing and working hard. We recommend that you complete one hike in the last few weeks prior to this one to ensure you are adjusted to the heat. We start early, as usual, to avoid the heat. After reaching the top, its all downhill but is still very exposed to the elements.

#### Hiking boots are recommended but not required as the trail has been dramatically improved to make it easier footing.

#### We provide backpacks with the required water and a snack as part of your hiking fees.

#### Trek Difficulty: Intermediate

• Trails are well defined
• First hour is uphill through a steep and rocky wadi, and
• downhill is some scree and steep incline
• Hiking boots are mandatory!

Caution: first time hikers will quickly exit their comfort zones after the first bit of climbing!

#### What's Included

What is included in the trek fees?
• The security and safety of our expert trained guides first and foremost. You will never be left behind or alone on the trail, you will feel supported and encouraged for the entire trek.
• A hearty snack will be handed out at the start of the hike along with electrolytes to take with you and eat during the hike. There will also be snack bars and alternatives for you to choose from.
• At the end of the hike, you will be offered an ice cold juice box and an energy snack.

#### What to Bring

What do I need to bring?
• Backpack with at least 3 liters of water
• Hiking boots are a must! You will be asked to send a photo verification of your kit prior to the hike
• A backpack with waist and chest straps
• Sun protection Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen
• Personal kit for health emergency: inhaler, extra insulin, sweet sugary snack (diabetics) EPI -Pen (for allergies)
The trek starting point is 1 hour 15 min driving from Dubai and reachable with any car
