#### Join us in the morning for a hike with the families! Of course, everyone is welcome with or without kids but the trail is particularly enjoyable for kids as there is a lot to discover!

#### Wadi Abadalah trail is a hike through a spring valley on the side of the beautiful Masafi mountains in Fujairah. Descend down the stairs into the Wadi where you will find water running through the banana and palm trees, explore a dry wadi bed, and climb the ridge behind it!

#### Trek Level - Beginners

What’s the trail like:
The trail is mostly not well defined. Walking through a riverbed with big rocks under your feet, and climbing up a few rocks are part of the fun, but also a good reason to wear hiking shoes.
What is the scenery like?
The banana trees and the pools are nice to walk around and interesting for kids to explore. The relatively easy trail makes this hike a beautiful one to start your hiking experience.
Three sections:
The wadi (maybe with water) and banana trees shading the trail.
The dry riverbed, with rocks underfoot, a bit hard to walk on
The ancient village, the mountain ridge and the rocky grasses
Out and Back Trek:
Rocky wadi, with a small section to climb up and slight exposure
You will walk one way until you reach a final point in the trail, and turn around and go back the same way you came.

#### What is included/What to Bring

What’s Included
A backpack will be given to you for the hike fully packed which includes:

• 2 liters of water
  * A hearty snack, juice and electrolytes

* Experienced and certified mountain guide (English speaking)

* Guides will not ever touch you, pull or push you up, but will coach you to do it yourself.

* Guides are fully qualified to assist in any emergency with their advanced first aid skills, and their full first aid kit.

What to Bring

• Sport shoes or running shoes
• Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen
• Personal kit for health emergency: inhaler, extra insulin, sweet sugary snack (diabetics) EPI -Pen (for allergies)

Cost: 275 DH + vat Adults; 200 DH for kids
