#### Nervous to try Rainbow Valley with a big group? This is your chance. Never more than 5 people, get the individual attention with a guide to support you through the canyon at your own pace without feeling pressure from a bigger group to move faster.

#### One of the most beautiful colorful valleys in UAE, filled with attractive color gradients and layers of rocks all around the mountain. This is a challenging hike that is often underestimated in difficulty! Scrambling and climbing on rocks is a different type of hiking which requires good fitness and balance.

#### We love starting this hike early, it gives us the chance to be in the wadi at sunrise and avoid the sun completely!

#### Trek Difficulty: Intermediate

• This trek is classified as intermediate but has some things you should know:
-- Hill climb to start: 20 min
-- 3.5 hours and 8km+ Scrambling, climbing and exposure to heights

#### What to Bring:

-- 3 liters of water in hydration bladder.
-- Backpack with waist and chest strap (ESSENTIAL) when climbing to not lose balance.
-- Hiking boots mandatory.
-- Shorts or comfortable hiking pants/leggings.
-- Sun protection hat/sunscreen.
