Wadi Seham Hike to Hayl Castle

#### This is a one way trek from the Wadi to the castle. To make the one way trip, we need to use the bus. Therefore the bus is included in this event with the pick up at Circle Mall in JVC at 1:00 PM.

#### This is an intermediate hike through Wadi Seham's rocky terrain, crossing a scenic plateau and descending into a rugged wadi. End your adventure at the historic Hayl Castle for a perfect blend of nature and history.

#### Hiking boots are recommended as you will be walking through rocky wadis and climbing up scree hills. You may meet some wild donkeys and camels along the way, they are quite common here!

#### Backpacks with the required water and a snack as part of your hiking fees.

#### What's Included

What is included in the trek fees?
The security and safety of our expert trained guides first and foremost. You will never be left behind or alone on the trail, you will feel supported and encouraged for the entire trek.
• A hearty snack will be handed out at the start of the hike along with electrolytes to take with you and eat during the hike. There will also be snack bars and alternatives for you to choose from.
• At the end of the hike, you will be offered an ice cold juice box and an energy snack.
Backpacks will be provided for anyone that needs one.
What do I need to bring?
• Hiking boots are a must! You will be asked to send a photo verification of your kit prior to the hike
• A backpack with waist and chest straps if you have one, otherwise borrow one from us!
• Sun protection Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen
• Personal kit for health emergency: inhaler, extra insulin, sweet sugary snack (diabetics) EPI -Pen (for allergies)

#### Trail Description

This hike is great if you have done at least 1 hike this season and have good fitness.
3.5 hours.
This is a great hike to make you feel that you have truly escaped the city, get a great workout in the morning and enjoy the scenery and the company of fellow hikers!
It is a unique hike location - if you have been to hikes in RAK and Hatta, this will be a welcome change of scenery!
