In his seminal work on nonviolent communication, Rosenberg (2015, p. 40) wrote: “Expressing our vulnerability can help resolve conflicts.”

This practice session will explore how to identify and express emotions, focusing on three key areas:

  1. Distinguishing thoughts from feelings.
  2. Developing an emotional vocabulary.
  3. Understanding emotional responses to unmet needs.
