Women Explorers has a registered ABN. This is to ensure we can provide insurance for our Meetup events as well as transparent finances and the ability to donate to good causes. We have a bank account linked to the ABN to provide PayPal and to purchase equipment, products and services for the group. We do not believe it appropriate to run any community or commercial venture through personal bank accounts. All members should be open about who they are, their intentions, and their affiliations. All group and event descriptions should be accurate, so members can make informed decisions about their participation.

### Be Yourself: Fake Accounts & Impersonation

Creating fake accounts, malicious accounts, or accounts meant to impersonate another person, is prohibited on Meetup.

If you stalk, troll, make fake accounts, make false police reports or any other malicious behaviour we will report you. Please try counselling instead.
