MIITTIโs Principles for safer space:
MIITTI wants to nourish a safe and pleasant environment for everyone, where everyone can feel safe as themselves. By joining as a volunteer, employee or participant of the event or activity, you agree to follow the guidelines below!
Non-discriminationย
I do not make assumptions about people based on their external characteristics or names. I treat all participants with respect, and I donโt use language or take actions that discriminate based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, age, religion, or any other characteristic. I respect pronouns and names.ย
Boundariesย
I respect others' personal space and boundaries, both physical and mental. I acknowledge that I cannot know someone else's boundaries without asking first. I ask before touching. I listen to others and adapt my behavior if someone indicates that my behavior makes them feel uncomfortable.ย
Creating Safe Environmentย
Everyone is responsible for contributing to a safe and respectful environment. If I witness harassment, I do my part to support those who experience inappropriate or offensive treatment.ย
Zero Tolerance for Harassmentย ย
Our space upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment. Harassment, whether verbal, physical, or online, will not be tolerated.ย
If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior or harassment at our events, please report it to the MIITTI or Lapinlahden Lรคhde staff.ย

Julia's path as a Meditation Teacher and Mental Health Coach is profoundly anchored in over 15 years of studying and training in Zen Buddhism, Mindfulness, Mental Health, Nonduality and Philosophy.Overcoming severe anxiety and depression, she found lasting peace through meditation during her monastic life in a Zen temple.
She began practicing Zen with รdรกm Papp (Dok Hae Sunim) in 2015 and now shares the wisdom and practices she has cultivated. Julia maintains a dedicated Zen practice and travels regularly to practice with รdรกm together with her husband, Harri.
Julia also trained at Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University, UK and holds a master's degree in Philosophy.
๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐ข
Harri's path as a Mindfulness Teacher began with a series of intense life challenges that shattered his core identity, leading him to experience a profound sense of liberation from the constructed self. This life-changing experience set him on a quest for meaning, finding his answers in his own experience guided by the principles of Nonduality, Zen Buddhism, and the teachings of the legendary samurai Miyamoto Musashi.
Transformed by these experiences, Harri felt a strong calling to share these insights, guiding others towards a deeper understanding of themselves and the world.
๐งโโ๏ธ Both Harri and Julia live their life from a place of stillness, truth and peace.
