Then we go for an adventure in the main building and outside in the park if the weather is good. The guide Ilona will be speaking mostly in Finnish but can translate some in English too. She will tell about the history and nature of the area, and we will do also short and easy wellbeing exercises. The tour ends around 15 depending on the participants and the weather. Free tour.

The venue is indoors in Valo-tila, located on the 2nd floor of the main building of Lapinlahden Lähde.
Directions to the venue: Enter from the main doors, walk forward to Gallery corridor, turn left and at the end of the corridor, go up the stairs. The door to Valo-tila is at the top of the stairs on the right.
Sometimes there are also activities outside in the park, we will announce this separately.

The activities are guided in Finnish and English by Ilona Rautiainen, instructor of Kaupunkiluontokeskus (City nature center). Sometimes another instructor Taina Laaksoharju may also be present, and in the autumn trainee Ronja is also there. The activity has received financial aid from the City of Helsinki, for more information visit the City Nature Center’s website (in Finnish so far): https://lapinlahdenlahde.fi/projekti/kaupunkiluontokeskus/
