During the meditation session, youโ€™re welcome to step into a private room for approximately 10-min. conversation with either Julia or Harri. You can discuss your meditation practice, share your thoughts and feelings openly and find guidance.

Please bring clothes that allow you to sit cross-legged. Chairs are also available.

Julia's path as a Meditation Teacher and Mental Health Coach is profoundly anchored in over 15 years of studying and training in Zen Buddhism, Mindfulness, Mental Health, Nonduality and Philosophy.

Overcoming severe anxiety and depression, she found lasting peace through meditation during her monastic life in a Zen temple.

She began practicing Zen with รdรกm Papp (Dok Hae Sunim) in 2015 and now shares the wisdom and practices she has cultivated. Julia maintains a dedicated Zen practice and travels regularly to practice with รdรกm together with her husband, Harri.

Julia also trained at Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University, UK and holds a master's degree in Philosophy.

Harri's path as a Mindfulness Teacher began with a series of intense life challenges that shattered his core identity, leading him to experience a profound sense of liberation from the constructed self.

This life-changing experience set him on a quest for meaning, finding his answers in his own experience guided by the principles of Nonduality, Zen Buddhism, and the teachings of the legendary samurai Miyamoto Musashi.

Transformed by these experiences, Harri felt a strong calling to share these insights, guiding others towards a deeper understanding of themselves and the world.

๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ Both Harri and Julia live their life from a place of stillness, truth and peace.
