Together we will collaborate to build and promote strong lasting relationships within ourselves and others. All are welcome!
We're an online and in-person community hosting a range of in-person classes, workshops, retreats and casual socializing events.

Just as a massage therapist works to release tension in your muscles, the vibrations from our instruments delve deep into your body, much like ripples through water. Because our bodies are largely composed of liquid, these vibrations have the ability to move through our tissues and organs. In doing so, they gently dissolve energy blockages and foster an overwhelming sense of calmness and relaxation.
Wear warm and loose fitting clothing you’re comfortable lying down in. Please bring a pillow for head and a water bottle. No experience necessary. Beginners welcomed!
