What we’re about
This is a friendly, laid-back, judgment free group intended to provide: 1) a safe haven for those with mental illness to share, connect, and support one another, 2) a hangout lounge to casually discuss mindfulness, mental health, psychology, and philosophy. All are welcomed to join, even those with no mindfulness experience.
RULES

ABOUT ME
I am a graphic designer moving into mental health (currently pursuing a MSCMHC to become a licensed mental health counselor). I practice mindfulness and have suffered from debilitating OCD, BDD, and insomnia. I am also the organizer of the groups: The Philosophy of How to Live and The Body Dysmorphic Disorder Support Group.
