During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have moved our Group to Facebook Live, every Wednesday at 12:00 PM. There is no fee at this time. Like us on Facebook for up-to-date information and notifications when we go live. Find us at https://www.facebook.com/mindbodystressreduction/ and simply wait for us to start to watch the Live Feed. Our past meditations are still available to view as well. Thank you for your understanding. We will see you in person again soon!
