Join Adrian on alternating Thursdays for a 45 minute Chill Qi class from the comfort of your own home! Chill Qi classes will be perfect to help you connect into your body with various breathing exercises, stretches, and movements, all cultivated to help us wind-down and relax.

Join Adrian VanKeuren of MoveMentation in an exploration of your body's range of motion and strength in this beginner-friendly qigong class. Different qigong sets and movements will be utilized to help open and mobilize the sinews of the body, gently increasing one's flexibility while learning how to strengthen the muscles.

We will also briefly discuss the Wood and Earth Elements from Classic Chinese Medicine philosophies, learning the role they play in helping to mobilize the body.

We will be meeting in the Benham Gallery at the Handley Library.

Adrian's Practical Tai Chi classes are a blend of tai chi and qigong, meant to get the practitioner connected into their own body. The focus is on proper body alignment and grounding while different series of movements are performed. Attendees can expect to feel more grounded, relaxed, and rejuvenated after each class. Limited-mobility friendly!

There is a suggested donation of $3 for attending, but everyone should feel welcome to attend and donate their energy to the class instead of a monetary donation

The Women's Tai Chi Qigong Group is for those women (18+, please!) who want to deepen their connection with themselves, physically and energetically, while also forming and deepening connections with other powerful women. (That's ALL women!!)

Attendees can expect a group that flows from connection and conversation to movement and back again during each session. Various Qigong movements and sets will be utilized, and all mobility levels are welcome. The only requirement for attending is an open mind!
