A lovely walk to see the angel from a different angle.

We will meet at the Angel of the North car park, head down towards Team Valley, cut across to Lady Park, up an ugly steep bank walking on the road, to the dirt path, walk alongside Kibblesworth, up to the old railway lines and Eighton Banks, then across to Wrekenton to see the wonky donkeys, then back down on the dirt path back to the Angel View Inn, for mulled wine or a pint.

The views on the hills are beautiful and the history amazing.

We will be walking across probably muddy or snowy fields as well as roadways so please wear suitable clothing and footwear, and please dress for the cold.

As this is a pre Christmas walk Santa's hats and tinsel are optional (I'll be wearing mine)
