We'll gather in the beautiful outdoor setting of the Imperial Palace Garden where we'll begin our practice with deep breathing to focus on inner silence.

Next we'll delve into the basics of Hatha yoga and meditation. Beginners are welcome to join us!

You will feel so great to move your body under the sky, the breath get deeper ,and you will relax in your body and mind.

We also meditate together ,it's amazing to feel the deep relaxation after yoga practice!

you will release your stress and the tension from jet-lagged or anything.

We will meet up at the meeting place , and walk to the yoga point.

Yoga time is for 75min.
