Reiki-Infused Guided Meditation, Abundance Manifestation, & Sound Bath

Join us for a transformative experience that combines the power of Reiki, guided meditation, manifestation techniques, and the soothing and healing sounds of a sound bath. Allow yourself to relax, release negative energy, and open up to abundance in all areas of your life. This in-person event will take place at the serene Oceanside Healing Center, providing the perfect environment for healing and growth. Come and immerse yourself in this unique experience to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

We’ll start off the session chatting about what’s going on astrologically and energetically, and how it may affect us.
Then we’ll do a few journal prompts that will focus on ushering in abundance in all aspects of our lives, followed by a guided meditation that will energetically clear our chakras, ground and align us, and provide manifestation affirmations.
We’ll end the experience with a quartz crystal bowl sound bath with crystals correlating to each chakra, and then individual reiki healing with binaural frequencies!
Bring a cushion or pillow and something to write on!
