Restore Yoga With Faith Central Park West

Come practice a slow, deep stretch restore class with Faith. This class has a variety of things to expect, like connecting with nature, music and/or musical instruments and/or hands on adjustments. We will meet under the large tree near the path that goes to Shipley Nature Center (we are hidden behind the brush if you are standing in the parking lot...so please follow the trail to find us). Suitable for everyone!

Donation based class. Typical donations range from $5-$40 per person.
