This is an indoor group fitness training where we will have lots of fun, release stress, and free our mind. You will get fit and strong, destroy calories, develop coordination, agility and speed, and feel empowered 💪😀🥊
Every level of fitness is welcome, you will learn as well you'll sweat.😊
Les Mills BodyCombat® is a martial-arts-inspired workout, is totally non-contact and adaptable to your fitness level and experience with different options, amazing music, and great moves from Boxing, Kickboxing, Karate, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, and much more.
I will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round at your own pace.
With lots of fresh air, a cool places, people and incredible vibes.
All this done with headphones 🎧 which give us a fun and unique experience.😀🥊
Bring a towel, a bottle of water, and yourself, that’s the most important 😊
Comfortable sportswear and sports shoes for indoors are sufficient.
We will sweat a lot 😊 and you can shower and/or swim after the class.
We will provide you with all the necessary equipment, including headphones, mats, etc.
We disinfect all our headphones and equipment carefully after each training session.
Hand sanitizer and equipment disinfectant will be at your disposal.

Payment online or at the location with Revolut, Twint, card or cash. You find me in Myclubs too in case you have an Abo there.
Note: You also need to pay for the Hallenbad entrance (if you don't have an entrance or SportAbo Zuerich) and of course you can swim before or/and after the class 🏊‍♀️ 😊 and refresh yourself
For the Garderobe you need a 5.- CHF coin as Depo if you want to use the lockers.
