Join us for a nurturing yoga practice! The first half focuses on core and pelvic muscles with a gentle vinyasa, perfect for beginners, postpartum moms, and clients wanting to reactivate their core and pelvic muscles. The second half includes restorative poses for deep relaxation, with variations to suit everyone. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, this class is designed to support your recovery from childbirth, to reactivate your muscles and pelvic floor, to build strength, and to reduce stress.
The session is offered InStudio only. Sign up at www.piesfitnessyoga.com required at least two hours before class begins.

Our entrance is located on the side of the building, parallel to West St. Street parking is available and additional parking is located at Shiloh Baptist church, spaces 36,37,38,39. The church is located across the street from the studio, on the corner of Duke St. and West St.
